Adult Ballet, Tap & Jazz

Adult Ballet, Tap & Jazz classes are all designed to lose weight, tone up and keep fit. All classes help develop flexibility, co-ordination and balance. We teach you to dance to either relaxing ballet music or exciting and high energy music ranging from 60’s to more recent times. The classes are stimulating and sociable. Come and do a trial class - they are lots of fun!
