How do we pay for the classes?
Wherever possible we would ask you to pay online using Paypal. Just go to "book a class" and select your class.
If you would like us to process your credit/debit booking for you, please call during office hours
It's also possible to pay by Bank Transfer and bank account details can be found on the back page of the relevant area brochure.
Alternatively, please print and complete the Booking Form then send with your cheque to the address found on the front page of the relevant area brochure. Cheques should be made payable to “Penny Waterman
Schools of Dance". Please note that we do not issue receipts and will only contact
you upon receipt of a cheque if there is a problem.
If you would like to do two or more classes or have two or more siblings attending, a 5% discount is given.
Can Parents watch the children?
Apart from the "Ballet With Mum" classes, parents are asked not to stay in the class during term time as children's attention tends to wander if parents are in the room. However we do hold a ‘watching day' on the last day of each term for family and friends who would like to watch the class and of course there are regular dance displays.
Are Certificates awarded?
Children are rewarded for commitment, progress, dedication and high standards in the form of Bronze Silver & Gold certificates.
What happens if we miss a class?
Missed classes due to illness, holiday, etc can be made up by attending any of our other classes in the same area.
Do the children need a Uniform?
We do have a school uniform which pupils are expected to wear to class once they have settled into the school. This is unique to us and remains the same regardless of grade. It is available from the school office in St Albans and can be seen on our 'School Uniform' page. Please telephone us on 01727 858632 to arrange a fitting. Please note that local dance shops do not have our uniforms.
We also provide dance bags and tutus.
