Dancing is one of the most natural and exciting ways of keeping fit & healthy and is recommended to anyone between the ages of 2 and 92!

We provide classes in Ballet, Tap, Disco/Jazz, Dance School Musical and Strictly Ballroom to children, teenagers and adults in St Albans, Bricket Wood, Harpenden, Redbourn, Shenley and Welwyn Garden City.  We also offer dancewear, a range of bags and other goods.
